Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in the related position.
• Technical competency: Microsoft Office, Mechanical & Engineering, AutoCAD.
• Non-Technical competency: Leadership, Organizing, Planning, Communications, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking, Detail oriented, and target oriented.
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi.

Responsibilities

• Implement HIRA/IBPR and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all road engineering and maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts, and other infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure spare parts availability and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, pumps, and other engine units.
• Control maintenance costs against budgets and operational requirements while developing employee competencies through structured coaching and supervision of at least one organizational level below.
