Zusammenfassung

COSMAX is seeking an Onsite R&D–In Vitro Researcher in South Jakarta. The role focuses on evaluating cosmetic raw materials and finished products using cell-based and biochemical assays, and on developing robust in vitro testing methods.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in a related field, with strong knowledge of cell/molecular biology and in vitro techniques, and be proficient in English for collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, or cosmetic science.
• Experience in in vitro efficacy testing for cosmetic ingredients or products in industry or research settings.
• Familiarity with ELISA, qPCR/RT-qPCR, Western blot, immunostaining, or other molecular biology techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with R&D, Raw Material, Regulatory, and Efficacy teams.

• Perform cell-based and biochemical assays to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cosmetic raw materials and finished products.
• Develop, optimize, and establish in vitro testing methods and protocols for innovative cosmetic ingredients and products.
• Analyze test data, evaluate results, and generate scientific evidence to support efficacy claims and product development.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and partners to support innovation, claim substantiation, and scientific research.

Qualifications:
