Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader RNI to head the research and innovation team in South Jakarta. This role involves overseeing product development for skin and decorative products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy and over 10 years of experience in the cosmetic manufacturing sector. The position requires strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge of quality management systems like ISO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the cosmetic industry/manufacturing.
• Experience managing product development for skin and decorative products.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, CPKB/CPOB.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product development process in compliance with company requirements.
• Exploit and analyze R&I report and follow up action plan.
• Implementation & monitoring of quality and safety standards.

As Team Leader RNI (Research & Innovation), you will be leading Team RNI consist of Part Leader RNI and Staff RNI (more than 20 person). Located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta for your daily working place, direct report to General Manager RNI. Please read the detail below

Qualification:

1. Min education is Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
2. At least 10-12years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (in Cosmetic Industry/Manufacturing)
3. Experience in managing Product Development, Develop New Product (DECORATIVE & SKIN CARE).
4. Knowing Technology & Formulation For Skin Care & Decorative Product, Compounding of Product
5. Knowledge of mixing equipment,
6. Knowing of toll/contract cosmetic industries/manufacture (OEM, ODM & OBM)
7. Active in English, ,
8. Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, CPKB/CPOB Knowledge, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Analysis knowledge, Understanding of HALAL product
9. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Cosmetic Manufacture

Role & Responsibilities:

• Contribute In New Poduct Development Process In Compliance with company requirement.
• Manage New Product Development ( Decorative & Skin care ), ODM Product to achieve company target
• Managing Processing of New Product, Personal care, Skin Care, Make Up Decorative,
• Quality Processing For Hair Care & Skin Care Products,
• Exploit and analyze R&I report and follow up action plan
• Quality Environment Health & Safety Auditor for ISO
• Respect company regulation /quality management requirement which associate in its activities ( GMP, Sistem Jaminan Halal, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22716
• Implementation & monitoring Quality, GMP, Personal Hygiene, 5R, Safety & Environment in area responsible
