Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia, located in South Jakarta, is seeking new talent to join their team. The role involves managing sensory evaluation activities, ensuring accurate data collection for product development, and conducting consumer tests. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a degree in Food Science or related fields and passion for the beauty industry. This position offers an opportunity to work onsite, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Proficiency in English and familiarity with Ms. Office tools are essential, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage sensory evaluation activities for product development.

Job description

Located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta, you will be working together in Team RNI with more than 80 people to grow together with PT. Cosmax Indonesia. You will directly report to the Part Leader & Team Leader RNI. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education is Bachelor (S1) from Food Science, Technology or Statistics.
• Fresh graduates with passion in beauty industry are welcome to apply.
• Having internship or work experience in the food / cosmetic industry / market research company will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Familiar with Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, and Ms. Word.
• Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Good adaptation and willingness to learn.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage sensory evaluation activities for new product development (NPD) and existing products.
• Plan and conduct consumer test and panel test to evaluate product performance and consumer preference.
• Ensure accurate data collection, interpretation, and reporting to support product development related to sensory.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with other RNI parts, Strategic Marketing and external partners.
• Respect company regulation / quality management requirement which associates in its activities (GMP, Halal, ISO 9001 , etc.).
• Implementation 5R/5S, GMP/CPKB, Personal Hygiene and have awareness to Safety & Environment, VEGAN & COSMOS, HALAL MUI.
