Job summary

Midnite is seeking a Junior Marketing Compliance Officer to support the Compliance and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment in Gibraltar. The role involves ensuring advertising, promotions, social content, and campaigns meet UK gambling advertising requirements without slowing business down.

You will build knowledge with senior team support, review campaigns for compliance, and escalate high-risk items while contributing to ongoing guidance and logs.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, gambling, or marketing regulatory affairs is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret CAP/BCAP Codes and Gambling Commission guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage with marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials across channels for regulatory compliance.
• Support the marketing approval process with clear audit trails.
• Develop working knowledge of CAP/BCAP, Gambling Commission, and ASA guidance.
