You will lead and contribute to strategic and transformational initiatives across areas including personal investments, outside business activities, and gifts and entertainment. Leveraging your strengths in project delivery, data analysis, and technology, you will help drive continuous improvement of policies, controls, reporting, and governance practices while providing trusted advice on complex personal compliance matters. You will also support the development of junior team members and help promote consistent, best-practice approaches across global teams.

You will own the development and review of policies, procedures, training, and communications, while producing meaningful management information, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making. The role also involves assessing and strengthening compliance processes and controls, providing subject matter expertise and constructive challenge to stakeholders, overseeing the investigation and escalation of compliance issues, and supporting governance, assurance, audit, and regulatory activities. Additionally, you will handle complex personal compliance queries, including personal trading, outside business activities, and gifts and entertainment matters, while supporting operational teams to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.
