Job summary

PT JAE ERKA STUDIO in Bali is seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to develop detailed 3D models and constructible drawings for architectural projects, translating concepts into precise BIM workflows that drive accurate documentation and on-site delivery.

You will collaborate closely with designers and engineers, maintain models, generate schedules, details, and coordination drawings, and continually update your skills with latest Revit practices to support multi-disciplinary project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Revit Drafter or similar role in architectural industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; capable of creating and managing complex 3D models.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a talented Revit Drafter to join our dynamic team at PT JAE ERKA STUDIO' in Bali. As a Revit Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects, utilising your expertise in Autodesk Revit to transform conceptual ideas into detailed, constructible models.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain 3D Revit models for a variety of architectural projects
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure accurate translation of designs into Revit models
• Produce detailed construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation required for project delivery
• Assist with the coordination and integration of design elements from various disciplines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit software updates and best practices
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed

• Proven experience as a Revit Drafter or similar role within the architectural industry
• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manage complex 3D models
