Job summary

JRDS is seeking an Architect to join our talented team in Bali. You will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural projects and contribute to our design studio's success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit and SketchUp. We offer competitive salary and benefits including generous annual leave and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs from concept through construction.

Prepare and present design proposals and detailed drawings

Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budget, and constraints.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.

Revise plans as necessary based on feedback and construction issues.

Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensed/Registered Architect [or working toward licensure].

1-3+ years of relevant architectural experience.

Proficiency in architectural software: Revit & SketchUp

Solid understanding of building codes and construction methods.
