JRDS is seeking an Architect to join our talented team in Bali. You will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural projects and contribute to our design studio's success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit and SketchUp. We offer competitive salary and benefits including generous annual leave and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered Architect or working toward licensure.
• 1-3+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Solid understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Strong design portfolio and technical drawing skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop architectural designs from concept through construction.
• Prepare and present design proposals and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budget, and constraints.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Revise plans as necessary based on feedback and construction issues.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
