Job summary

Travelio is seeking a Revenue Analyst to monitor daily property performance and help optimize pricing across our Indonesia portfolio. You will analyze revenue, occupancy, bookings, and demand to identify opportunities and inform pricing decisions.

Collaborate with Revenue Consultants and operations, build dashboards, and produce regular reports. Strong Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI familiarity are preferred, with a Bachelor's or D3 in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's Degree/D3 in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools is preferred.
• Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of operational and business data.
• Experience in hospitality, property, pricing, revenue management, or analytics is a plus.
• Willing to full work from office at Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily property performance including revenue, occupancy, bookings, pricing, and market demand.
• Develop and adjust pricing strategies based on historical performance, demand patterns, booking trends, and business conditions.
• Analyze booking pickup, lead time, occupancy, search demand, and other performance indicators.
• Identify underperforming and high-potential properties and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support revenue forecasting and target monitoring.
• Conduct performance analysis across properties, buildings, cities, and market segments.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue initiatives.
• Work closely with Revenue Consultants and operational teams to implement recommended strategies.
• Create regular performance reports and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Use dashboards, SQL, spreadsheets, and analytical tools to support daily decision-making.
