Job summary

tripla Indonesia is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize hotel partners’ yield within the triplaSuccess framework. You will analyze data, set pricing strategies, and drive direct bookings using AI-enabled tools such as Chatbots, Booking Engines, and Channel Managers.

Lead weekly forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Customer Success to deliver measurable ROI for hotel partners across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in Revenue Management, E-commerce, or Reservation Management in hospitality/travel-tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Mindset: growth-hacker mentality; you improve data, not just report it.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor partner performance daily using the triplaSuccess dashboard (ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR).
• Provide real-time rate and inventory recommendations via Bookandlink Channel Manager.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency.
• Generate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts and Success Reports.
• Ensure accuracy and synchronization of pricing, restrictions, and promotions across channels.
• Present data-driven ROI insights in strategy meetings with hotel owners/managers.
