Job summary

Bali Estate Group is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to elevate marketing for premium Bali real estate projects. You will own content creation across YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta and drive leads and deals through compelling video and founder-led content.

You will manage end-to-end content production, test hooks and formats, repurpose assets, and collaborate with marketing, ads and funnel teams to optimize reach, engagement and conversion. This role rewards experimentation and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in content creation, video editing or performance marketing.
• Experience across YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta organic and paid.
• Ability to drive reach, engagement and conversion with strategic content.
• Think in systems: repurposing, scalability, automation, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit long-form and short-form video content.
• Develop founder-led content for LinkedIn.
• Create content for Meta, both organic and paid.
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.
• Support email funnels and nurture sequences.
• Test hooks, thumbnails, formats, and messaging.
• Monitor and improve content performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, ads, and funnel teams.
• Continuously optimize content for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Build scalable content systems to produce more with the same resources.
