Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing function end-to-end; set team goals, KPIs and quarterly targets.
• Directly manage the Social Media Manager, production team, and operations.
• Own the marketing budget and report on spend efficiency and ROI.
• Translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes (bookings, tickets, leads, memberships).
• Manage marketing tech stack, analytics, automation, and campaign management tools.
• Lead ongoing marketing campaigns and performance reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate with Brand & Communication to align external campaigns with brand guidelines.
