Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Akuntansi atau bidang terkait.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome; at least 1 year in Public Accounting Firm is a plus.
• Pengalaman di ritel atau distribusi menjadi nilai tambah.
• Keterampilan berpikir kritis dan analitis yang kuat.
• Kemampuan mengikuti SOP perusahaan dan melakukan inspeksi lapangan secara menyeluruh.
• Mahir menggunakan Excel dan Word.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan audit operasional di toko, depot, dan cabang.

• Perform routine inventory stock counts and accounts receivable confirmations.
• Identify and investigate potential fraud, control gaps, and weaknesses in processes, procedures, and systems through in-depth analysis and assessment, and recommend appropriate improvements.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply; at least 1 year of experience at a Public Accounting Firm is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail or distribution is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow company SOPs and conduct thorough field inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel approximately 30–50% of the time.
• Able to meet deadlines, pay close attention to detail, and remain calm under pressure.
