Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management to analyze performance, spot trends, and enhance forecasting for quicker, smarter commercial decisions.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or related fields. Hospitality experience helps but strong analytical ability and numerical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Management or related hotel function.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of hotel performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop clear analysis of key Revenue Management metrics.
• Conduct variance and bridge analysis versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and benchmarks.
• Perform ad-hoc quantitative analysis to support management decisions.
• Support forecasting using historical trends, booking pace, and market signals.
• Build dashboards, scorecards and analytical reports for leadership.
