Job summary

RedDoorz Indonesia is seeking a Revenue Analyst to assist with daily revenue and pricing operations, including rate updates, availability checks, and monitoring property performance.

You will support data collection, reporting, and analysis of occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and help implement pricing strategies under the Revenue Lead guidance. A strong foundation in math and analytics, meticulousness, and hardworking attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• S1 graduate from any major.
• Good at math, analytic and logic.
• Meticulous and hardworking.
• Willing to work on 6-1 or 5-2 with offday on Sunday Monday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily revenue and pricing operations, including rate updates, availability checks, and monitoring property performance.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis of key revenue metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Monitor property performance and identify potential issues, opportunities, or unusual trends for further review.
• Assist in implementing pricing and revenue strategies under the guidance of the Revenue Lead.
• Coordinate with other relevant teams on revenue-related matters.
• Follow up on operational issues and ensure required actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update revenue trackers, reports, and other supporting documents.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and administrative tasks to support Revenue Lead.
