Ultima Markets is seeking a results-oriented Business Development professional to support and grow a retail client portfolio. You will respond to client inquiries, guide customers through trading platforms, and promote our financial products and strategies.

You will identify new client opportunities, engage with internal teams, and help drive growth across our global client base. A strong track record in sales and client relationship management is essential.

• Proven experience in business development or sales in brokerage/financial services.
• Consistent record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of retail clients provided by the company or acquired through the company’s website/app.
• Handle retail client inquiries related to trading platforms, account operations, deposits, withdrawals, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate retail clients on the latest financial products, trading strategies, and platform functionalities.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new retail clients through proactive outreach, to expand customer base and achieve defined individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Client Support, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure the timely and effective resolution of escalated or complex client issues.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment on product updates, service enhancements, and ongoing or upcoming promotional campaigns.
