Job summary

Aqua Elektronik is seeking a Retail Specialist to drive sell-out performance across branches in Semarang. You will track store results, coordinate with departments, and lead field teams to meet KPIs.

This role requires 3+ years in retail, strong sales management and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel. You will train branch staff, monitor assets and POSM, and contribute to competitive insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
• 3+ years as Retail Specialist.
• Excellent sales management & relationship building.
• Have good leadership and people management skills.
• Have good Analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Manager level of reporting ability.
• Skilled in MS Excel and other related apps.

Responsibilities

• Tracking sell-out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related department to get maximize sell-out.
• Manage field force in respective areas; Team leaders, MD and Promotors. Give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
• Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard etc.
• Craft ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in branch.
• Operate, track and report dealer activity sponsorship programs in branch.
• Keep track of each competitor's sell-out activity in branch, create suggestions, key findings and countermeasures.
• Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, making sure the alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
• Do regular store visit and market survey.
• Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.
