Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and drive premium customer experiences in Jakarta. You will oversee sales performance, coaching, inventory, and store presentation to ensure targets are met while upholding a premium brand image.

The role requires strong leadership, execution discipline, and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination with area managers and departments across multiple store locations in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years in retail operations or store management.
• Proven track record of meeting retail sales targets.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the assigned store to ensure smooth business execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Oversee product displays, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational reports, sales performance reports, and store activity reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and internal departments to support business objectives and operational improvements.
• Conduct regular team meetings, product knowledge sessions, and sales training to improve team capability.

Job Role

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the overall retail operations of an assigned store, ensuring sales targets, operational standards, customer satisfaction, and team performance are consistently achieved.
