Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Head Office) is seeking an experienced Retail Funding Manager to lead acquisition, manage portfolios, and expand our retail funding base within a fast-paced fintech platform. You will drive investor outreach, present educational sessions, and monitor portfolio performance to ensure sustainable growth.

A bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required, with at least four years in relevant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related field.
• Mandatory English proficiency.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail funding, investor relations, sales funding, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Fintech/P2P lending industry, retail investor behavior, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in managing retail lender portfolios and achieving funding targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and data interpretation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Highly proactive and capable of independently driving initiatives.
• Willing to work in Serpong area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new retail lenders and expand the company’s funding base.
• Identify potential funding channels and execute targeted outreach initiatives to attract individual investors.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and financial education sessions to promote retail investment opportunities.
• Monitor funding performance, portfolio behavior, and lender activity to ensure healthy and sustainable growth.
• Manage reinvestment strategies and maintain strong engagement with existing retail lenders.
• Analyze investor patterns and provide insights to improve funding conversion and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail lenders by providing high-quality support and communication.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and investment-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure high satisfaction and trust among retail investors.
• Ensure all retail funding activities comply with OJK regulations and internal company policies.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to support due diligence, KYC processes, and reporting requirements.
