PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility and distribution across GT/MT channels in Indonesia. This on-site role requires traveling across assigned cities and close collaboration with retailers to bring campaigns to life.

You will own shelf presence, expand distribution, analyze market opportunities, and deliver measurable results through field activations. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree and a valid SIM are preferred for field

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel and relocate across Indonesia
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.

Location: Serang, Rangkas, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, Karawang, Depok & All Jakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
