Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. seeks a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong retailer partnerships across GT and MT channels. You will own the shelf, drive distribution, and execute trade programs in your territory.

The role requires traveling across Indonesia, working on-site, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and compelling in-store experiences.

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
