Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store execution and build strong partnerships with retailers across GT and MT channels in Indonesia. The role requires active travel and field presence to maximize visibility and distribution.

You will implement campaigns, expand coverage, and translate market insights into growth actions, contributing to healthier territorial performance and brand presence nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.
• GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta
