Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility and distributor partnerships across GT and MT channels.

This on-site role requires regular travel to maximize reach and rollout campaigns in assigned territories. You will build retailer relationships, expand distribution, and turn market insights into growth actions, delivering measurable field results while maintaining strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ready to work in the field, travel regularly, and relocate across Indonesia

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
