Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in GT and MT channels. The role is on-site with frequent travel across Indonesia, focusing on maximizing visibility and distribution.

You will build retailer partnerships, execute campaigns, and turn market insights into growth actions, driving territory performance and consumer reach through proactive field work.

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
