Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution across Indonesia. You will build strong retailer partnerships in GT and MT channels, expand distribution, and drive campaign activations on the ground.

The role requires field readiness, travel across Indonesia, and relocation as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree and valid driving licenses (SIM C/A) are required.

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
