Samudera Indonesia is seeking a restaurant services staff member for Bali. The role focuses on greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

You will explain the menu, record orders, and assist with payments while maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, 1 year of service experience preferred, and ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as Service Crew/Waiter/Waitress/Restaurant Cashier preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and EDC payment machines.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined and responsible.

Responsabilidades
