JAC Recruitment International is seeking a Restaurant Operations - Japanese Speaker to supervise stores in Indonesia, lead teams, manage inventory and costs, and ensure customer service excellence. The role includes staff training, cross-language communication, and supporting establishment activities.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3), hold a bachelor’s degree, and have F&B or retail experience with leadership capabilities. A 3-month training in Japan is required.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Japanese language, written and spoken (JLPT N3 level).
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in the retail/F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Willingness to manage full-cycle restaurant operations including frontline service and kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of managing a team.
• Willingness to participate in a 3-month training programme in Japan.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and supervise restaurant stores in Indonesia, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage and lead restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing to support cost control.
• Plan and manage sales and costs, monitor KPIs and profitability.
• Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Ensure sanitation and hygiene per company standards and health regulations.
• Support establishment activities including documentation and coordination.
• Train Indonesian-speaking staff in operational standards and Japanese service expectations.
• Provide interpretation and translation across Japanese, Indonesian, and English as required.
