Job summary

Alila Villas Uluwatu, a luxury 5-star resort in Bali, Indonesia, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver Hyatt-level guest experiences.

You will supervise the restaurant team, drive financial performance, ensure brand standards, and maintain exceptional service across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Indonesian nationality only for local compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant operations, with 1 year in supervisory role within luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest engagement.
• Strong administrative, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop a diverse team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Guest-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
