Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field required.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Relations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin language is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Indonesian nationality is required for this role.
