Job summary

Aston Pekalongan Syariah Hotel & Conference Center is looking for a Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise and coordinate the Restaurant & Banquet operations during daily service and events.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, strong leadership and excellent guest service, with good English an advantage. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required to support weddings, meetings and banquets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
• Experience in handling events, meetings, weddings, and banquet functions.
• Able to supervise Restaurant & Banquet team during daily operations and events.
• Good understanding of service standards, table setup, banquet setup, and F&B service.
• Able to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and ensure proper event preparation.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Familiar with hotel service standards and hospitality etiquette.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
