Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer focus with demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Revenue-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving financial targets.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and POS technology.
• Solid understanding of food safety, health codes, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and banquet facilities.
• Monitor and control beverage costs and labor costs to maintain budgetary targets.
• Supervise and train restaurant and banquet staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Coordinate banquet events from planning through execution, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Maintain quality standards for food presentation, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering for restaurant and banquet supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness.
• Prepare and review operational reports, including revenue, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchen, and banquet spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize operational efficiency.
