Job summary

Plan International Indonesia is seeking a Humanitarian and Resilience Program Manager to lead and oversee our emergency response and resilience projects in Jakarta. The role requires coordinating with government agencies, NGOs, and donors to deliver high-quality humanitarian outcomes that protect children's rights and gender equality.

You will design, implement, and monitor projects, ensure financial and programmatic compliance, and support strategy development with the country leadership team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in social sciences, public policy, international relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in humanitarian/emergency project management, budget control, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with government and NGOs/INGOs preferred.
• Knowledge of gender transformative approaches, GEDSI, and safeguarding policies.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead humanitarian and resilience programming with Plan Indonesia in line with Plan standards.
• Oversee programme design, planning, and resource mobilization activities.
• Monitor budgets, ensure financial reporting accuracy, and donor compliance.
