PT Karang Mas Sejahtera (Midplaza) seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and completion of diverse projects within Midplaza Holding. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery and quality adherence.

Responsibilities include developing plans, controlling schedules, managing designProcurement and documentation, and fostering a safe, efficient project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience in residential projects/landed houses.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Apply, implement project management processes and project schedule controls to ensure proper execution.
• Develop and manage the overall design for construction procedures and program.
• Manage and communicate all design requests to the project team.
• Ensure safety and maintain a zero-accident working environment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
