Job summary

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and completion of multiple projects in Jakarta. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating activities, applying PM processes, and ensuring safety and documentation throughout the lifecycle. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in residential project/landed house.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to develop, manage project design, and budget controlling.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Apply, implement project management processes and project schedule controls to ensure the project is executed properly
• Develop and manage the overall design to be developed for a project including construction procedures and program.
• Manage and communicate all design requests to the project team.
• Controlling the safety and applying zero accident working environment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Manage project documentation and ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
