Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Civil or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same field or Customer Service

• Having knowledge for Estate policy.
• Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata - Cibubur

• Disseminating all policies related to residents/residents owners
• Following up on complaints from residents/residents owners and finding solutions/resolutions to the problems.
• Collecting outstanding Environmental Management Fees (IPL)
• Assisting residents in obtaining PBG (Land Use Allowance) for plot construction.
• Assisting residents in obtaining renovation permits and verifying renovation permits in the field to prevent irregularities.
• Maintaining a resident/resident database and inputting data on residents building plots/renovating plots.
