Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a Guest Relations/Front Office professional for our Jakarta-based hotel operations. The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing visits, and handling daily front desk tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field, with at least two years of hospitality experience. Strong service orientation and excellent communication are essential, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Receptionist, or Front Office, preferably from a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, creative, and innovative thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents/guests and manage parents’ visits (approval, visiting hours, and required forms).
• Handle daily mail distribution, update room availability, and manage room reservations.
• Oversee equipment lending/return, ensure good condition, and record in the logbook.
• Provide information, respond to complaints, share announcements, and escalation issues to relevant parties.
• Prepare reports on violations/incidents and maintain accurate records and correspondence.
