• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the reservations department aligned with Hyatt standards.
• Manage daily reservation operations, inventory, and rate management.
• Ensure excellent customer service for guests and owners.
