Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media, explaining program details, safety protocols, and age requirements.
• Manage the booking database, ensuring all medical forms, dietary requirements, and payments are collected prior to the camp start date.
• Act as the liaison between the Sales team and on-the-ground facilitators to ensure smooth handovers of camper information.
• Manage end-to-end reservations, prepare quotations and invoices, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Support business growth through sales follow-ups, partner engagement, and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless guest experience from pre-arrival through post-camp follow-up.
• Welcome guests, collect feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of guest satisfaction.

Reservations & Customer Relations Officer

As a Reservations & Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from the first inquiry to post-program follow-up. This role combines sales, reservations, guest relations, and operational coordination to ensure every camper, parent, school, and partner receives outstanding service while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
