Green School Bali is seeking a practical, organised Safeguarding & Compliance Officer to join our Compliance and Pastoral teams. You will maintain safeguarding records, organise training, prepare audit evidence, perform regular compliance checks, and drive follow-up with staff to close actions.
The role collaborates with HR, HSE, Security, Facilities, Procurement, Green Camp, and on-site vendors, reporting to the Compliance Senior Manager. Indonesian nationals only preferred.

Green School Bali is looking for a practical, organised, and detail-focused Safeguarding & Compliance Officer.
This is a hands-on coordination role. The successful candidate will maintain safeguarding records, organise training, prepare audit evidence, conduct regular compliance checks, and consistently follow up with staff and departments to close outstanding actions.
The role works across the Compliance and Pastoral departments and liaises regularly with HR, HSE, Security, Facilities, Procurement, Green Camp, activity providers, and on-site vendors.
