Job summary

Tribe Bali Kuta Beach in Bali, Indonesia invites an experienced Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate handling of inquiries and bookings, and support revenue generation. You will lead Reservations Agents, manage individual, corporate, group and long-stay bookings, monitor room availability and pricing, and uphold booking documentation and guest profiles.

The role emphasizes upselling, strong leadership, and excellent communication to deliver outstanding guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel reservations with supervisory or senior experience.
• Knowledge of reservation procedures, room inventory, rates and RevPAR.
• Experience with Opera PMS/Opera Cloud and MS Office preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership to supervise and motivate a team.

Job Description

• Supervise daily reservations operations and ensure timely, accurate handling of booking enquiries and requests.
• Manage individual, corporate, group and long-stay reservations, including amendments and cancellations.
• Monitor room availability, rates, inventory and booking conditions.
• Ensure accurate reservation details, guest profiles, payment guarantees and booking documentation.
• Support revenue generation through upselling, booking conversion and implementation of approved pricing strategies.
• Supervise, coach and support Reservations Agents to achieve service and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel reservations experience, preferably with supervisory or senior Reservations Agent experience.
• Strong knowledge of reservation procedures, room inventory, rates and revenue management principles.
• Experience with Opera PMS/Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise, coach and motivate a team.
