Job summary

FINNS Beach Club is seeking a Reservations Communications Coordinator to oversee daily reservation operations and balance staff workloads across all booking channels. You will ensure prompt guest inquiries responses and maintain high service standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and proven supervision experience in reservations or front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or hotel management.
• Experience supervising reservations, sales or front-of-house operations in luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on with booking platforms, payment links and invoicing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift floor in real time and rebalance workload across channels.
• Ensure inquiries are followed up and converted where possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the Manager for resolution.
• Quality control on invoices, payment links and booking confirmations.
• Respond to Google and TripAdvisor reviews.
