Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a Research Enrichment Staff to manage administration for student research programs and activities in Jakarta. The role focuses on document control, event facilitation, and promoting research opportunities to faculty and students.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma (D3) or are university students in their 6th semester, with no required prior work experience. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

Provide administration process for student research programs and research activities (e.g., PKM, Enrichment) 2. Administer all research-related documents for faculty members and students (easy access, high accountability). 3. Propose suggestions for improving operational procedures 4. Facilitate related research workshops events or briefings (internal and external) 5. Promote awareness and understanding of research opportunities for faculty and students (direct/indirect methods). 6. Provide information related to research program activities (e.g., importance and benefits of student research participation, research process, best practice) 7. Conduct administrative tasks for student research enrichment programs (Research Track). 8. Maintain and update overall documentation related to research process and activities (e.g., briefings, workshops, reports, PKM, Enrichment) 9.
