YBN - Binus University Kemanggisan is seeking an entry-level administrator to support student research programs. You will handle PKM and enrichment administration, ensure proper documentation, and promote awareness of opportunities for faculty and students.

The role emphasizes organized record-keeping, communication, and process improvement within a university research environment. No prior work experience required, suitable for Diploma or 6th-semester students.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/D3 or current university student at least in 6th semester.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle student research program documentation with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Provide administration for student research programs (PKM, Enrichment).
• Administer all research documents for faculty and students with accessible, accountable records.
• Propose improvements to operational procedures in the admin area.
• Facilitate related research workshops and briefings (internal and external).
• Promote awareness of research opportunities for faculty and students.
• Disseminate information related to PKM and student enrichment programs.
• Maintain and update documentation on research processes and activities.

1. Provide administration process for student research programs and research activities (e.g., PKM, Enrichment)
2. Administer all research-related documents for faculty members and students (easy access, high accountability)
3. Propose suggestions for improving operational procedures
4. Facilitate related research workshops events or briefings (internal and external)
5. Promote awareness and understanding of research opportunities for faculty and students (direct/indirect methods)
6. Provide information related to research program activities (e.g., importance and benefits of student research participation, research process, best practice)
7. Conduct administrative tasks for student research enrichment programs (Research Track)
8. Maintain and update overall documentation related to research process and activities (e.g., briefings, workshops, reports, PKM, Enrichment)
9. Disseminate information related to PKM and student research enrichment programs

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (Minimal 6 th semester)
