Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a seasoned Research & Agronomy Manager to lead agronomy research and optimize plantation productivity in East Kalimantan. You will oversee field trials, develop best practices for oil palm agronomy, and provide fertilizer and soil management recommendations.

You will monitor yields, analyze agronomic data, evaluate new technologies, and prepare technical reports for management, while leading and developing the Research & Agronomy team on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Research & Agronomy Manager in oil palm plantation.
• Strong knowledge of oil palm cultivation, crop nutrition, soil management, and yield improvement.
• Experience in field trials, research methodology, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan.
