Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Experienced Risk Management professional (Individual Contributor) in Jakarta. You will assess business initiatives, develop mitigation plans, and maintain risk registers while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic direction.

The role requires 3+ years in risk management or corporate strategy, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with GPA 3.2+.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in risk management or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative mitigation ideas.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
