Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Compliance and Risk Management professional to identify and mitigate reputational risks, maintain risk registers, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. You will prepare communications for stakeholders and ensure projects stay on track while monitoring control effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.2+) with at least 3 years in risk management or corporate strategy, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with GPA 3.2+
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in risk management and/or corporate strategy
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify business initiatives and prepare mitigation plans for reputational risks
• Prepare clear communication materials and meeting notes for stakeholders
• Maintain risk register and track initiative status with stakeholders
• Manage projects to ensure deliverables meet the timeline
• Monitor risk controls and evaluate effectiveness with improvement recommendations
• Contribute ideas supported by research and market insights
• Focus on business, operations, content, product, partnerships, and people risk
