Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking an experienced Department Level individual contributor in Jakarta to lead and continuously improve our public relations and corporate communications strategy. You will align programs with the company vision, monitor policy trends, and coordinate multi-format narratives across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or media relations.
• Proven track record in crisis management and risk mitigation.
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end communication plans and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to be official spokesperson.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
