Job Opening: Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant Manager / Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Assistant Manager / Manager to lead quality control operations in our garment manufacturing facility.

Job Title: QA Manager / QA Assistant Manager

Industry: Garment Manufacturing / OEM

Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA experience in apparel manufacturing

Gender: Open to all

Age: 30~45

Salary: Commensurate with experience

2. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control processes on the production floor.
• Handle technical audits and quality compliance for global apparel buyers.
• Communicate effectively with production teams, buyers, and internal departments to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare quality reports, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant QA experience in the garment/apparel industry.
• Hands-on experience facing global buyer visits and technical audits.
• Strong problem-solving and flexible communication skills.

4. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Language: Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Reporting: Ability to write clear quality reports and present defect analysis/improvement plans using PowerPoint (PPT).
