Job summary

pt ultra sakti in Indonesia seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PSAK and Indonesian standards. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, manage consolidation, and monitor reporting templates and data quality to support regulatory disclosures and corporate actions.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submissions and maintain high data quality across reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely submission
• Manage consolidation of financial report
• Ensure financial reporting complies with applicable PSAK/Indonesian financial accounting standards
• Lead and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including closing schedules, account review, reconciliation, accruals, adjustments, and reporting deadlines
• Analyze financial results, significant movements, unusual transactions, and variances to provide explanations to Finance Management and stakeholders
• Coordinate financial data and disclosures required for annual reports and regulatory reporting in collaboration with other departments
• Ensure reporting processes, closing efficiency, reporting templates, automation, data quality, and standardization

• Ensure financial reporting complies with applicable PSAK/Indonesian financial accounting standards and evaluate the reporting impact of new or revised accounting standards
• Lead and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including closing schedules, account review, reconciliation, accruals, adjustments, and reporting deadlines.
• Analyze financial results, significant movements, unusual transactions, and variances to provide clear explanations to Finance Management and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate financial data and disclosures required for annual reports, public disclosures, corporate actions, and other regulatory reporting in collaboration with other departments.
• Ensure reporting processes, closing efficiency, reporting templates, automation, data quality, and standardization.
